Our Self Catering Accommodation
Our holiday home is located close to the town of Dungarvan in County Waterford, Ireland. It sleeps 4 + and is designed and furnished to the highest standard.
The bright, airy living space and spectacular views of Dungarvan and the Waterford coastline during daytime, contrast with the intimately lit and cosy atmosphere during the evenings. There is a solid fuel stove, TV, Video/DVD player and the sofa converts to a double bed. There are two patio doors - both with unspoilt views over horse grazed paddocks and beyond to the Colligan valley. Books, magazines, comics, childrens' videos/toys/games are available for your enjoyment.
The modern well-designed fully-fitted kitchen/dining room offers electric oven and extractor hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, pots, pans, baking trays, silverware, utensils, cookery books, etc for all your cooking needs. There is a comfortable dining area for four people. A stable door opens out from the kitchen onto a covered patio area with garden furniture and BBQ area for outdoor enjoyment - a private, sheltered suntrap for those enjoying outdoor living!
There are two carpeted, cosy sleeping areas with pleasant views. One with a double bed, one with twin beds. Both rooms have chests of drawers, cupboards and clothes hanging facilites.
The well-designed bathroom has a tasteful combination of stone, plaster and tiled walls. There is a tiled bath with instant heated shower, WC, basin with shaver point/mirror.
There is a separate utility room with freezer, washing machine, drying racks, ironing board and iron.
FacilitiesWe love to welcome families but due to the nearby stream and pond this accommodation is not suitable for very small children.
