Terms And Conditions
PaymentA deposit of 33% of the total cost is required upon booking our holiday home and the balance payable 42 days prior to arrival date. If a booking is made within 42 days of arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking. Deposit is to be by cheque in euros and made payable to P Sweeney.
A damage deposit of 100 euros will be required upon arrival. A receipt will be given to you. This is returnable minus the cost of any loss/damage during your holiday.
Extras
Electricity/babysitting etc. will include VAT if appropriate and must be paid for prior to departure.
Cancellation Charges
Please let us know as soon as possible should you have to cancel your holiday for any reason. We reserve the right to charge as follows:
- More than 42 days notice - deposit will be returned
- Between 22 and 42 days - 60% of total rent paid
- Between 8-21 days - 75% of total rent paid
- Less than 8 days - 100% of total rent paid
Rental Periods
Rental periods begin at 4 pm Saturday and end at 10.30 am the following Saturday, unless otherwise agreed.
Accommodation is to be left clean and tidy. Any damages must be notified to the owner and are the responsibility of the client.
We care about the environment in County Waterford and we ask that during your stay you avail of the recycling facilities.
No smokers/No pets
The owners reserve the right to change any information on this web site without notice.
In the unlikely event of of us not being able to let the cottage on the agreed dates due to circumstances beyond our control our liability is limited to returning any monies paid by you to us.
